Snorkel Software was engaged by an Macmor Electrical Contractors to develop an automated work report system. This work report system would provide both a mobile and desktop solution. Snorkel Software worked with its customer to understand their business requirements and document their business processes. A solution proposal was then put forward to the customer. This solution would see implementation of a system which would see the customer receive major efficiency and control gains. This solution is used by over 40 Technicians allowing the customer to minimise it administration processes and improve inventory controls for its jobs.

Snorkel Software was engaged to develop and Ecommerce Website which would provide an end to end order management tools. This application was required to include drop shipping functionality to allow the client to increase their product range whilst not holding the inventory. This application receives online payment from customers. Orders are then reviewed by the system and purchase orders created. Sending delivery requests for supplier partners to ship direct to the customer on behalf of the site operator. This application has seen a 300% growth in site revenue in year as well as significant cost reductions for site operations.

Snorkel Software was engaged by a The Wheelie Bin Cleaning Man, a company looking to expand their business. Snorkel Software worked with its customer to develop its business processes and formulate a plan for how a business system would improve its business operations. The solution is used by Mobile Service Technicians. Technicians are on the go all day completing jobs for their clients. As jobs are completed the status of the job is updated in real time via a mobile device. This then feeds back to the head office and generates tax invoices to their customers. This is an end to end service management system allowing the customer to dramatically reduce their administration overheads.
